The AmeriClaim Mission is to establish AmeriClaim as a leading independent adjusting service on a national level. To build, maintain, and enhance a national network of professional and experienced insurance adjusters dedicated to delivering superior service whom are ready, willing and able to produce a high quality work product that is valued by our clients. We endeavor to provide a comprehensive, consistent and valued service to our clients that represents the highest standards in our profession. We do not seek to be the largest independent adjusting company, but we do seek to be the best! Julie Zweber
Vice President - Marketing and Client Relations
Experience:
27 years total industry experience. Ms. Zweber’s insurance experience spans over 26 years with Mercury Insurance Group. She managed the largest and most profitable P&C operation in California which led to her promotion to Vice President of American Mercury in Oklahoma. Within in four years’ time, she turned a non profiting operation (+136% loss ratio) into a profitable one (84% combined). Late 2004, Ms. Zweber decided to pursue the real estate/mortgage business. When the economic downturn began to strongly effect the real estate market, she accepted a position with Americlaim. Her goal is to bolster the Marketing vision set forth by the founders, and in so doing, create growth and ongoing business potential. She is a proud member of the NAIW and is active in the insurance community.

Carlos Lopez

14+ years as Paralegal/Legal Assistant/Office Manager for three law firms in New Orleans, LA and Oklahoma City, OK. In Oklahoma City, OK, he worked 2 years as a Litigation Assistant/Legal Assistant for nationally recognized Merritt & Associates, P.C. which has received an “AV” rating in the well recognized Martindale-Hubbell law directory. Mr. Lopez’s experience includes but is not limited to complex catastrophic products liability, wrongful death, personal injury, family, immigration and bankruptcy cases. Mr. Lopez has also performed as interpreter/translator in city, state and federal courts.

Dawn Houchin
Corporate Manager - Government Services Division
Experience:
With more than 15 years of management and administrative experience Dawn came to AmeriClaim from a brokerage firm where she handled corporate accounts in excess of 5 million dollars each. Some of her accounts included Tyson Foods, Eckrich, and Advance Brands. Dawn's primary function is overseeing the Government Services Division where she maintains the company's daily functions and activities. Currently she is working toward her certifications in Government Contracting.

Staci Blake
Office Manager
Experience:
15 years of administrative and client services experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant and Administrative Tech. Attended the University of Central Oklahoma and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English as well as a minor in Psychology. Attended Oklahoma University and earned her Master’s Degree in Education and attained a State of Oklahoma Teaching Certificate. Her AmeriClaim duties include the role of Office Manager and Receptionist.
